2 Eligibility & Account Registration

2.1 Age & Eligibility Requirements

To create an account and use the gaming services on the 486bd platform, you must meet the following conditions:

4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Policy

4.1 Supported Payment Methods

4.2 Deposit Limits

The minimum deposit amount for each payment method is ৳300. There is no specific maximum limit, however larger amounts may require additional verification.

4.3 Withdrawal Rules

The following conditions apply to withdrawals:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.
• The standard withdrawal processing time is 15 minutes to 2 hours.
• Withdrawal requests will only be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit.

4.4 Currency

5.2 Wagering Requirements

A wagering requirement must be met before withdrawing bonus funds. Wagering for bonuses will be calculated on the bonus amount only (not the deposit and bonus combined). The wagering rate is 10 times.

Example: Receive a ৳1,000 bonus → ৳1,000 × 10 = ৳10,000 must be wagered before withdrawing bonus winnings.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer has its own expiry period; unused bonuses will be cancelled once the period ends.
• Bonus abuse or claiming bonuses through multiple accounts will result in all accounts being cancelled.
• 486bd reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• Bet type and game restrictions may apply when earning a bonus.

6 Gaming Rules & Fair Play

6.1 Game Results & RNG

All games on the 486bd platform use Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which ensures that every game result is completely unbiased and not predetermined. Game results do not depend on the outcome of any previous game.

6.2 Technical Errors

In the event of incorrect payouts caused by a technical error or system failure, 486bd reserves the right to cancel the relevant transaction. Such situations will be resolved with full transparency and affected members will be notified.

6.3 Sports Betting

Betting is available on various sports including cricket, football, and kabaddi. Betting outcomes will be determined according to the results announced by the relevant international sports authority (ICC, FIFA, etc.). If a match is cancelled or left undecided, the wagered amount for that bet will be refunded.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 486bd platform:

• Money Laundering: Any transaction using funds obtained from illegal sources.
• Fraud: Attempting to manipulate games or systems using any software, bot, or automated method.
• Chargeback Fraud: Making an unfair chargeback claim to a payment provider after depositing and playing.
• Multiple Accounts: Operating more than one account under the same person's name or from the same device.
• Bonus Abuse: Placing bets strategically for the purpose of circumventing bonus conditions.
• Underage Participation: Allowing anyone under 21 years of age to create or use an account.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 Authority of 486bd

486bd reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time, for any reason, and without prior notice. In particular, an account may be closed in the following circumstances:

• The account remaining inactive for an extended period.
• At the request of a law enforcement agency.
• Misuse of the platform or attempting to harm other users.

8.2 Closure at User's Request

You may request to close your account at any time. In this case, any eligible balance in your account will be returned via the designated payment method, provided there are no pending wagering requirements.

9 Limitation of Liability

The 486bd platform provides services on an "as-is" basis. 486bd accepts no liability for the following:

• A game being interrupted mid-session due to internet disconnection or technical issues.
• Delays or failures by third-party payment providers.
• Issues with the user's own device or software.
• Temporary service disruption due to a cyber attack or any other external cause.
